I'm a Registered Professional Counsellor with a wealth of experience helping couples and individuals create happier lives. Couples stuck in escalating arguments can feel alone and panicky. My therapeutic approach combines a range of methods that include Gestalt, Rogerian, CBT & Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
