As a Master’s level Counselling Psychology student, I bring more than five years of experience supporting individuals grappling with mental health challenges. Alongside being a Pure Energy Healer and a certified Hypnotherapist, I've also served as a university professor in behavioral sciences, management, and human psychology for MBA and MSIT students. Through these roles, I've had the privilege of aiding individuals from diverse backgrounds. My trauma therapy training from Johns Hopkins University and Yale University equips me to assist those battling PTSD, depression, and anxiety effectively.

Understanding the uniqueness of every person and their distinct life journey, I offer a therapeutic approach that blends various evidence-based practices. I employ modalities like narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused behavioral therapy (SFBT) to tailor sessions to each individual's needs.
