I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression and adaptation to life challenges and losses. My focus is on creating a warm, non-judgemental and safe environment where you can unpack your painful experiences and examine emotions, thoughts and behaviours that might contribute to your suffering and isolation. My goal in psychotherapy is to help you to find balance and wholeness by accepting and incorporating all authentic parts of yourself, including shadows. A painful experience is an opportunity to wake up from familiar negative patterns and change them once and for all.
I work with individuals, couples and families and help them to identify negative patterns and codependent dynamics that bring them pain and result in disconnection and isolation. We all are complex beings seeking wholeness and meaning in life while navigating through everyday life’s challenges and complexities.
