Having a Certified Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with my experienced background in mental health and business, can guide you towards your desired outcomes, where you can expect a supportive and empowering counselling and coaching experience that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
My modalities include solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, brief therapy, and professional coaching in a holistic approach. While I am interested in how your past experiences have shaped you, I do not dwell on them unless necessary. Instead, I work on present behaviors and issues to help you lead a more fulfilling life.
With experience living and working across Europe, Asia, and North America, I progressed my career to a senior executive role in two Fortune 500 companies before deciding to launch my second career as a Mental Health Counsellor and Certified Executive Coach. As well as raising two adult children, I have managed extensive career and life challenges.
