Are you ready to make peace with your past? I specialize in helping female-identifying individuals, including those who are transgender or non-binary, heal from past relational wounds, rooted in family patterns or romantic connections. Additionally, I offer therapy for teens (16+) facing test anxiety, social challenges, and low self-esteem. This includes outdoor sessions aimed at enhancing their connection with nature and building confidence.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and integrated. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals to find healing while honouring their story. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Nature-Based Therapy (NBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems approaches (IFS).
