You have the power to evoke change by intentionally focusing on your breathing. You might not even notice it but the change can be enhanced by practicing with a group of folks with a positive attitude towards change. Dr. K. Alan Dawson, Psychologist practicing in British Columbia for 20 years, will provide information, guided mindful reflection exercises, and question and answer opportunities.
