I specialize in treating Type-C Personalities (Conscientious/Competent/Self-Controlled). These tend to be people who are dedicated hard-workers, concerned about the welfare of others, and wanting to ensure that they are doing “the right thing”. Driven by strong internal values and principles, they often get hard on themselves, believing that they can “always do more”. This can complicate things for them--at work, at home, and in relationships--as while they take pride for being dependable/reliable individuals, they struggle to open up to others. This can lead to burnout, a felt sense of loneliness and isolation, and chronic pain.
