Asking for help is not easy, and I am ready and excited to walk with you through the hardships. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q), having completed my Masters degree from Yorkville University. In addition, I am a Certified Grief Counsellor, and hold a BA in Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Education. I thrive on building connections with clients and value authenticity when interacting with others.
My approaches consist of Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), parts work, and Psychodynamic Therapy while integrating both client strengths and polyvagal theory into practice. I have experience working with a wide range of clients and presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, and trauma.
