I’m so happy you’re here! :) Let’s get to know each other. I love contrast, and feel best when I can embrace all of the pieces that make me who I am. Some of my favourite things: glitter and dirt, bare feet and high heels, nature and pizza, poetry and pushups, intentional practice and fun - because I believe we’re here to experience life, and to learn to feel it all out.

I am a Registered Social Worker, Youth Empowerment Coach, Family Development Worker, and Certified Yoga Instructor. I worked as a nanny for years and feel a deep passion for helping children and youth feel loved and appreciated. I am passionately culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA2S+ affirmative.
