I believe we all have the capacity to create meaningful change with the right support. My intention is to create a non-judgemental space for you to better understand and express yourself in a way that allows you to emerge reconnected to your own inherent wisdom.

My role in our working relationship is to be a compassionate witness; to ask the right questions so that together we can understand what is working and what is getting in the way of where you want to be. In a nutshell, I want you to feel more fulfilled with who you are, what you do, and how you live. I orient to this primarily through a somatic IFS lens.
