I specialize in childhood trauma, family dynamics, and youth protection involvement. I welcome individuals on their own journeys, as well as compassionately support caregivers in their desires to be positive therapeutic agents in their children's lives.
As a drama therapist, I am trained to use creative, evidence-based methods such as metaphor, movement, and art-making to move into what is deeper than words may be able to express. This can allow us safer insights into our stories, where we can begin to untangle these narratives and move forward with a heightened capacity to connect to ourselves and others.
