| 中文 Have you ever felt your mind tangled and chaotic? When emotions overwhelm, clear thinking becomes tough. I hope to create a warm and safe space with you collaboratively, where we can together be aware of and differentiate various emotions, untangle complexities in thoughts, and fulfill genuine needs. Emotions are like internal signals, attempting to engage in a healing dialogue with us. I specialized in intergenerational trauma, mother-daughter relationship, breakup, family-of-origin trauma, eating disorders, identity crisis, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, peer relationships, self-esteem, grief, and loss.
As a first-generation immigrant, I have worked with organizations supporting Asian immigrants, international students, and working professionals. This experience has heightened my awareness of cultural differences and sensitivity and generational trauma. In my sessions, I primarily employ EFT, complemented by CBT, ACT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed practices.
