Trauma can take many forms and have profound impacts. My main job is to hold space for what you are going through and to help you make sense of it. When we can sift through our "stuff" in a safe way, it can help us to uncover some really important understandings, messages, or insights that we need for our healing. I also provide specific trauma techniques (CPT, EMDR or CBT) to help you get to your goals.
My practice is offered online to AB, BC and ON residents. This means that you can access therapy and do the important work from the comfort of your own home.
