I’m a client-lead, experiential therapeutic counselor offering a holistic approach to postpartum depression. What is client-led experiential counseling you ask? Great question. Client-lead experiential essentially means that I don’t have a set agenda or formula. Instead I draw on many perspectives and use what works best for you and sometimes that means we'll try a more experiential approach, allowing the body to inform us about what is most needed in our session together.

I work with inter-generational trauma, legacy burdens and Post-partum Depression (PPD). During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, using IFS, Genograms, and other tools. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement the longer we work together.
