I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist located in Bridgeland Calgary, Alberta. In my approach to therapy, I am committed to and passionate about helping you build healthy connections with yourself, others, and the world around you through a trauma-informed and holistic lens. I appreciate that each individual is unique and believe that your therapeutic journey should be as well. In doing so, I incorporate emotion-focused approaches along with mindfulness and body-focused approaches.
Utilizing a psychodynamic theory, I work with you to help you understand your unconscious emotions and behavior on a deeper level, allowing you to get to know yourself better. This involves exploring and understanding your past experiences as information to aid in your understanding of what is happening in your life now.
Learning about your emotions can be healing, help you understand how to regulate them, and help you start building those healthy connections with yourself, others, and the world around you.
