I'm supposed to have it all figured out by now but I struggle nightly, feeling like I have insomnia. Do you have trouble falling to sleep, or wake during the night and can't get back to sleep? Do you feel exhausted, irritable, fuzzy headed and worry about how you are going to get through the day? You are not alone. The worry and lack of sleep can leave you feeling drained, frustrated and longing for relief. You have come to the right place to start breaking this cycle.
I offer a client centred approach to help with anxiety. And Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, a highly effective treatment that can help individuals overcome sleep difficulties and improve their overall sleep quality. It offers a comprehensive, collaborative and evidence-based approach through structured interventions and personalized guidance.
I understand how difficult it can be to experience insomnia, especially when it seems like everyone else is effortlessly drifting off to sleep while you're left lying awake. I'm here to offer support, encouragement, and understanding, knowing that the journey to better sleep can sometimes feel like an uphill climb. Improved sleep quality is possible.
