I am passionate about supporting clients on their career development journey and finding work that fuels them. Even when we know we're unhappy with our work, it can be difficult to know what else to do. My practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach, designed to help people at all stages of their careers (from students and recent grads to mid- and late-career professionals) not only discover their career interests, motivators, and values, but also make decisions that are informed by and aligned with these needs. In doing so, clients are ultimately able to find a greater sense of fulfillment and satisfaction in their work.
I am a Registered Psychologist, member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta, and graduate of the University of Calgary with a Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology. My experience spans post-secondary, corporate, and private practice settings where I have worked with hundred of clients to achieve fulfillment in their professional lives.
