I work in an integrative way. What we do and how we approach it will depend on what works best for you and what you need at this time. Some people know exactly what they want to work on. Other people come because something doesn't feel right or they're not functioning as well as they could but they're not sure at first why that is. Others come even though things are going well but they'd like to develop greater awareness or fulfilment in life. We will work together to develop an approach that suits you.
I create a safe, welcoming space so that we can work together to create relief from the suffering you currently feel, and implement long term strategies to build up resilience, improved awareness, evolution and growth.
I have training in a number of modalities including emotionally focused therapy, the developmental model of couples counselling, sex therapy, parts therapy, Gestalt, narrative therapy, hypnotherapy, psychedelic assisted therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and positive psychology. I work exclusively by Zoom with people all across BC.
