I believe therapy should be practical and actionable to help you get the best results and achieve positive lasting change as quickly as possible. As a client-centered therapist, I work collaboratively and offer an individualized approach to meet clients where they're at. My work is inspired by the science of interpersonal neurobiology, allowing me to provide education about human behaviour and neurophysiology to help clients make sense of their difficulties and see their challenges from a normalizing view. Many clients find this information to be helpful, hopeful, and empowering, as it gives us a roadmap for resolving their issues.
I use evidence-based practices integratively, including CBT, DBT, MBCT, interpersonal psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, ADHD coaching, attachment-informed therapy, & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am also a certified Kundalini yoga instructor and offer transpersonal therapy. My approach has been called "compassionate and to the point."
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I have expertise in mental health, trauma, addiction, ABI, ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, attachment issues, emotion regulation difficulties, and mindfulness-based practice.
