Life experiences form our core beliefs that often get in the way of living the life you desire. As an attachment-based therapist, I work hard to create a safe space where you can confront the tough stuff and begin to rewrite your story. I show up with compassion, acceptance, and humour, to dig into what is getting in the way of you living your truth.
I believe that we all have a fundamental need for love, connection, and belonging. Witnessing the story of others is an honour that I hold with the utmost respect. Together, we can uncover your truth and heal through hope, courage, and connection. I am able to offer pet-assisted therapy with my co-therapist, Daisy, a Certified Therapy dog.
I work with adults, focusing on treatment of attachment injuries, relational challenges, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I have a great passion for working within family systems, offering specialized services to parents of children with disabilities as well as those navigating sexuality or gender transitions.

How We Keep Going
Because life in a pandemic this is hard and every person deserves a safe space to be heard and supported. Group will meet for four weeks, starting on Thursday June 24th until July 15th, 2021, from 4:30pm - 6:00pm. AHS is allowing mutual support groups to be run in person as we continue to cope through this pandemic.
