I can help with anxiety, perfectionism, chronic illness, grief, and more. I'm a Certified Grief Counselling Specialist with a Master’s degree in Health and a Master's in Counselling Psychology, and my interests in mental and physical health come together to help you cope, create life balance, and teach you how to put your needs first. I use a goal-directed approach to identify your needs and take an integrative approach of different theories and techniques to find the best fit for you. I can also help with stress, self-esteem, life transitions, depression, and relationships.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with clients with cancer and chronic illnesses, young professionals, high achievers, university students, millennials, new parents, families, those with seriously ill children, as well as youth, athletes, actors and performing artists. Anxiety is a natural response in each of these situations, but sometimes it’s too much.

I can help you understand why you do things the way you do, learn new ways to cope, get you back on track, and build the life you deserve.
