I work collaboratively with my clients to find ways to manage their problems, so they can get back to living a fulfilling life. I assist individuals who are struggling with anxiety and stress, motivation issues, feelings of sadness, social anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, workplace stress, chronic headaches, and concussion. I have worked in a variety of mental health agencies providing counselling to students, adults and individuals from different sociocultural backgrounds, gender expressions, sexual orientations and gender identities.

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EEG Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a treatment option that I will use for people who have a history of concussion, chronic headaches or migraines, or have tried psychotherapy or medication in the past with little result.

I believe the strongest predictor of success in therapy is the therapeutic relationship and I want to ensure that you feel heard, respected and understood.
