Accepting new clients in the fall. Specializing in ADHD, Stress, Separation and Divorce. You are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and frustrated. In sessions, you will unpack your story, develop skills to set boundaries, learn to communicate effectively and reconnect with yourself outside of being a couple. It’s never too late for a fresh start, to embrace your new chapter.
I know finding time for counselling can be hard. But you don't have to go through this alone. I offer sessions by video, phone and in person.
