As a psychotherapist, my goal is to create a warm and supportive atmosphere so that we can explore new insights in an open and non-judgmental space. Regardless of your reasons for coming to therapy, it is important for me that we work together to determine your goals and priorities. I offer evidence-based therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
I am a trained individual, couples, and family psychotherapist with experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my practice. I use trauma-informed practice in my work and I offer dreamwork therapy.
