My primary approaches are Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Emotions provide important information about our needs; and you can learn to regulate and transform these emotions. In addition, I have specialized training in other approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I adapt therapy to your unique needs.

I have worked in a variety of settings, including mental health clinics for Alberta Health Services. I am a mother of three young adults. I have also experienced my own journey through loss, healing and growth. As a result of my professional and personal experiences, my practice is enriched and deepened.
