By re-authoring the stories we tell ourselves and challenging the negative beliefs we may hold, our minds can be a safe space again. Additionally, I find great joy in using humour in my practice!
I offer a variety of modalities such as: narrative, EMDR, emotion-focused, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I practice from a client-led, person-centred lens and seek to create a trusting, non-judgmental space.
