In a space of safety and honesty, it is my hope that together we can explore those tough moments and gain a better understanding of the blocks to achieving your therapy goals.
My therapy approach is integrative, which means I use a variety of tools and strategies to focus on your unique situation. I help people work through issues related to anxiety, depression, racial/cultural identity and developmental trauma. I also have an interest in caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue.
