Hello! I believe that how we care for ourselves, talk to ourselves, and accept in ourselves greatly impacts our self-esteem and resiliency. You may be experiencing difficulties associated with life events and transitions, or challenging emotions. Counselling can serve to help you reach your goals by providing a fresh and objective perspective and supporting you in your journey. I specialize in adult individual therapy for such issues as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and more. I also focus on counselling for health professionals and first responders as well as provide Neurofeedback.
In addition to being a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) with over 30 years’ experience working in the mental health field. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (MA). I hold certification in Othmer/Cygnet method of Neurofeedback and am supported by a BCIA practitioner.
