Are you feeling isolated and alone in your struggles? I offer flexible virtual therapy and a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to receive compassionate support and understanding. I use evidence-based therapies with an aim to improve one's sense of control over challenges, and a renewed peace of mind going into the future. I am an imperfect human who will sit beside you as we navigate the rocky waters of life. I bring experience working in crisis environments, criminal justice and community mental health.
There is no one-size-fits-all ‘solution’. I take an integrative approach to treatment and practice in an inclusive, client-centered way that places an emphasis on client’s strengths and life experiences. My approach is relational and combines elements of therapeutic modalities such as humanistic therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based practices.
My approach includes compassionate listening, humor, empathic support, problem solving, and fostering a safe and trusting environment. You no longer need to sit with your struggles alone, we can work through them together. I look forward to hearing from you! Please note: there is currently no wait list
