During my 15 years as a medical doctor and 4 years as a counsellor I learned that challenges are part of the human experience and we all feel stuck at some point in our lives, but also that movement and growth are always possible. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate interpersonal space where you can remove obstacles and create the life that you want.
I offer support and guidance when you face tough times and unexpected challenges; when you have to navigate life transitions and changes in direction; when you struggle with low self-esteem, loss of identity, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or any other issues that life presents.
During individual counselling I can help you explore the root causes of your concerns and increase your sense of clarity and strength to find creative solutions and new ways of expressing yourself. For relationship counselling I offer pre-commitment counselling, couples counselling and amicable separation.
