Hello! Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired and feel that you have a lack of balance in your life? Do you find that you are constantly living in "survival mode" and are feeling upset or anxious most of the time? My name is Alicia Glynn and I have over 12 years of professional counselling experience, helping people with difficult challenges and/or life circumstances including those struggling with symptoms of depression, anxious thinking patterns and other complicated life experiences.
I specialize in working with overwhelmed parents and helping them to find hope and balance in their busy lives. I have a depth education and experience supporting individuals with various neuro-divergent diagnosis such as Autism and ADHD and helping individuals to identify and reach their goals. I run Psycho-educational Social Groups in Burlington as well.
We are all human and go through ups and downs in life. I pride myself in helping clients to navigate these challenging times to learn both about themselves and their world around them, in a safe confidential space. Please reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
