Whether you’re struggling with stress or anxiety, navigating life transitions, have mental health concerns, or something in between, my goal is to offer you a soft place to find your ground. We will build a trusting relationship where you feel safe unravelling difficult thoughts and feelings, moving through painful experiences, and exploring your identity and relationships in the world. I work with individuals and relationships of all backgrounds and experiences. Nothing is too big or too small to bring to the therapy room.
Many of my clients come for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationships. Our time together will be tailored to your unique needs and preferences, but some therapies I commonly integrate are Feminist Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotion-focused practices, mindfulness and somatic practices.
