Addiction Intensive Outpatient Program/Charleston
Our program offers Holistic Group Therapy to Adults in the morning or in the evening. Our clients are needing support to remain sober on their journey to recovery. We offer a "Clean" program in the evening group. The morning group is for people who are tapering off their addiction medications such as stimulants, Suboxone and benzodiazepines. Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy "DBT" teaches how to regulate emotions. This is an evidence-based practice for people struggling with addiction. We also offer additional holistic practices to teach how to connect with your body in a new way. These holistic experiences optionally are, yoga, meditation, mindfulness activities at the SC Aquarium, breathing techniques, equine therapy, wood burning and group on the water in a boat "Blue Health Therapy". Not all activities are guaranteed due to seasonal and scheduling. These activities are included in the IOP cost. The Morning group is for people who are tapering off their medications. Our motto is "Skills before Pills". Groups are 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 24-30 sessions (7.5-8 weeks)

Evening DBT Group
This is a "Clean" group, all members can only be taking psychotropic medications. Saturday group is from 9:00am-12:00pm Group is 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for 7.5-8 weeks.
