My therapeutic practice focuses on helping people from all walks address a wide range of issues including adult ADHD, grief and loss, relationship struggles, depression, and recovery from past trauma and abuse. My work with individuals involves facilitating awareness and insight on how the influences of the past impacts present behavioral, emotional, and cognitive patterns. I focus on interpersonal dynamics, attachment issues, and the function of one's personality type/relational style as it relates to the issues presented.

As a Jungian oriented therapist, my work with clients seeks to identify and work towards the integration of the unconscious dynamics that are driving a persons presenting problems.
