I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, and difficulty with functioning or daily routines; risk of school failure and school avoidance; work place issues; risky or impulsive behavior or poor decision-making.
My approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and life skills development to enhance personal growth, interpersonal effectiveness skills and self-empowerment. I work in relationship with the client to identify and develop person-centered, strength-based and solution-focused recovery from mental health issues.
