Group psychotherapy provides a safe and confidential space for self-discovery and emotional resilience. Through supportive connections formed in the group, members create a learning laboratory. They explore interpersonal struggles and patterns of thinking and feeling as they experience effective communication. As a skilled Certified Group Psychotherapist, I promote secure connections in the "here and now" moments of the group. Consider joining either my Women's group on Mondays or the Mixed group on Tuesdays. Participation in once-a-week 100 minute sessions can provide confidence in your personal and professional relationships.

This group attends to the heart of the therapist with a self-care pause that nurtures, enriches and affirms our work and lives. Expand clinical awareness in the confidential setting of an experiential, multi-disciplinary group as attunement within the group revives and awakens an awareness of the clinical gold within our reach.
