I typically work with issues concerning life transitions, addiction, couples conflict, and Family of Origin. I also love working with clients looking to detransition/desist. I have significant experience working with complex cases. Each client brings their individual stories into the room. By the time we seek help, life has typically not been going as we expected. We want to find a way out, but are unsure how to do so. What we need is someone to help us be a guide through to recovery. This is a life-long change that will need continued support. Not only is this our battle, but the battle of those around us.

At the end of therapy, you should know why you do what you do, as well as what to do with it. I hope that after sessions conclude, you would have little need to return to therapy again. I work through the lens of Attachment Theory and Family Systems Theory to create a cohesive life story.
