I hold a Master's in Addictions Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma and am under supervision for licensure of alcohol, drug, and mental health counseling. I use my personal journey of recovery along with clinical experience to provide a holistic treatment approach tailored to every individual, family, and/or couple. My goal in therapy is to help individuals and families struggling with addiction and all of life's stressors find peace and serenity. I believe life is a gift - one that’s meant to be enjoyed & shared. It's all about doing the next right thing & discovering your purpose.
Where appropriate, I offer a biblical application of the twelve steps of recovery to help people overcome whatever it is that's holding them back.
