Hello! I am a good fit for those new to therapy or those who haven’t found a match with a therapist in the past. I have worked with men & women of all ages throughout the years. My counseling approach has been described by clients as: compassionate, intuitive and non-judgmental. The clients that tend to benefit from my work are highly sensitive people, creative individuals who are looking for support to process deep emotions & cope with daily stressors. By utilizing a client-centered approach to counseling I help others find their own internal strengths which can lead to growth and healing.
I have been working in the helping field in St. Louis since 1995. I believe that emotional, physical & spiritual health are all strongly connected. Working in hospitals for 20 years I learned & continue to appreciate the value of Western medicine. I also value holistic treatment and believe that each individual person responds to different types of healing.
