As a therapist, I provide a safe space for couples and adults struggling with anxiety, life stage transitions. My approach focuses on understanding, validating, and supporting clients through their challenges. Together, we work on practical coping strategies, gaining insight into behaviors, and regaining control over their lives. My goal is to help clients find renewed purpose, resilience, and satisfaction in both their personal and professional spheres.

I bring my unique blend of cultural experiences, resilience, and empathy. Drawing from my diverse background, I approach therapy with an open mind, embracing both traditional and innovative techniques. I create a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their emotions and goals.

I am a wife and mother of two children ages 12 and 14 yo. I have lived in DC Metropolitan area for most of my life. I have experienced acculturation and loss of a parent due to cancer. I was raised amongst entrepreneurs, politicians, doctors and lawyers. Despite the challenges, I've found common ground with people from all walks.
