I specialize in couples counseling and have been using the Gottman Method, a research based approach, to work with couples for the last two decades. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for couples to discuss their issues openly and honestly. I am passionate about helping couples and believe that all couples can benefit from therapy, whether you want to nurture your friendship, learn healthy communication skills, or heal from a betrayal.

Be intentional about creating a healthy marriage and work through problems as they come instead of storing up resentment.

Counseling is a collaborative process that is forward focused and includes learning and practicing new ways of thinking and interacting to change personal and interpersonal patterns that are not effective. Counseling empowers and supports individuals and couples to take actionable steps, stay consistent, and achieve goals.
