SPOTS OPENING JULY 2024. Meets every other Tuesday for 6 sessions. Grief isn't 5 stages. Grief has no time limit. Whether recent or longer term, sudden or expected, a serious diagnosis for or death of a parent can be devastating at any age. You may find yourself struggling to be understood by loved ones, friend, colleagues, or yourself. Join us to find a safe space and empathetic support to speak candidly and learn how to better understand and cope with your grief. 6 spots currently available, NEW CLIENTS: 45-minute intake session is required. NEW VIRTUAL GROUP LAUNCHING JULY 2024. Meets every other Monday for 6 sessions. Grief lasts a lifetime not bereavement day allocations. Join and find a safe space and empathetic support to speak candidly and learn how to better understand and cope with the struggles of grief and loss around death and illness. Each group series caters to collective group members grief experiences. Past focus has included: Death of Parent(s) Serious Illness of Parent, Miscarriage, Death of a Close Friend. 10 person group limit; NEW CLIENTS: 45-minute intake session is required.
