Young adult group

Young adults group is for men and women, ages18-35. The purpose of the group is to process issues concerning this age range, which include relationships, school or job concerns and dealing with ones family. However, any topic is open for discussion. I find it beneficial to people because they can get feedback from two different therapists, as well as the group members. Providing feedback and connecting with others that can relate to your struggles is very validating. It's a supportive, safe environment and people really enjoy coming. We take insurance or self pay at 50.00 per session.
