Young Adults Group Therapy
Virtual group therapy for young adults aged 18 years up to 22 years. A space to offer support related to symptoms of anxiety and social anxiety. Address issues of self-esteem and skill building among same aged peers. Strengthen social connections and process feelings related to launching with confidence. Explore how social media, and technology impact building safe and healthy relationships. Group will meet every other week Wednesday at 7:30pm

Girls High School Group Therapy
High School Group Therapy for girls 15-18 years old. Issues related to depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and mood disorders. Mange discussions related to peer and family conflicts, and coping skills for stress in high school. CBT, DBT, and expressive therapies used. Group will start up by the beginning of September and end by the beginning of June

Sexual Assault Survivor Group Therapy
Group therapist will use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and other strength-based activities to build safety and healing. Process time will be a strong component of group therapy to offer connection and community to work against isolation, shame, and loneliness. Dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Emotional safety, connection, and sharing without triggering will be important goals in group together. Individual therapy with a therapist will be a requirement of group members as this group therapy would be a supplemental support in healing from trauma.
