Our work together is meant to carry over into your daily life, and help you feel more secure, connected, and assertive. We will process and practice applying new skills into your life. I provide a safe space and support as you navigate your life journey.
Some of my specialties include: divorce, abuse, sexual trauma, communication, life transitions, cultural/racial/sexual/gender identities, anxiety, posttraumatic symptoms, parenting, grief, and developing healthy relationships. My approaches include: EMDR, trauma therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, multicultural, internal parts, CBT, and others.
