Open process group for women ages 30 + focusing on emotional eating including binge eating and compulsive overeating. Women will experience the power of a dynamic group setting to assist them to redefine their individual relationship with food. Individuals will learn to identify triggers as well as implement effective coping strategies to normalize their eating.
