My role is to be your mirror, guide, and anchor, as we clarify your goals and navigate your path toward them together.

I am proud to work with clients of varying backgrounds and cultures, approaching treatment from a foundation of relational-cultural, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness models. With certifications in a wide variety of evidence-based practices, I am able to tailor treatment for each client as an individual with unique experiences and needs.
