The journey to parenthood can take many different paths. Whether you have had a baby or are trying to have a baby, the journey can feel like you are on a never ending roller coaster, full of ups and downs, and unsure of what direction to go in next. The journey can evoke feelings of sadness, worry, fear, anger, loss and isolation. It can be overwhelming and confusing. It can leave you feeling like you don't recognize yourself anymore. I specialize in reproductive mental health, with a focus on infertility and third party reproduction. I am an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C).

Being able to share your story, and feel truly heard, is the most important part of the process. I understand the expectations and demands individuals often place on themselves on the journey to parenthood.
