I have worked with diverse groups of children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings.

I have extensive experience w/ anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma/abuse, self-esteem issues, marital/relationship discord, parenting struggles, anger management, behavioral issues, bullying, grief & loss, & postpartum depression & anxiety. My approach is warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, integrative, holistic, multicultural, & strengths-based.
