I use a person-centered approach that facilitates healing through providing empathetic support to assist in exploring past hurts, put a voice to your feelings, make sense of your world and help each person to make meaning out of their lives. I have experience working with adolescents (13 and above) and adults with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety and trauma.
I provide in-person talk therapy at my office in Springfield using a variety of techniques including CBT and Mindfulness. I offer telehealth via video sessions as well through a HIPAA compliant, web-based platform.
